While Ed concentrates his practice today in commercial disputes for banks and businesses, as well as employment relations for municipalities and businesses, over the last 30 years, he has represented banks, businesses, municipalities and tribes on a variety of matters. Ed's goal is to use his variety of experiences to help clients resolve matters without litigation whenever possible, but to also be prepared to aggressively represent their interests if that is necessary.

PROUDEST PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT: Representation of Sokaogon Chippewa Community in its fight to prohibit a copper mine in Northern Wisconsin, from the development of legal theory of opposition, through all legal challenges that concluded 11 years later with a denial of cert by the U.S. Supreme Court upholding the 7th Circuit decision in favor of the tribe.
